Seasonal Tour Pilot Positions
Seasonal pilot positions are available from April through September. Applicants must have a minimum of 1000 hours of helicopter PIC and an instrument rating. Experience in Airbus H125 is preferred but not required.

A&P Mechanics
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
- Valid US driver’s license.
- Previously experience on the AS350 series and/or 206 Bell Jet Ranger Preferred.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in aviation.
- Willingness to work in various conditions and handle physical tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Maintenance Quality Assurance Technicians (Filled!)
- Attention to detail and high organizational skills.

Quality Assurance Technician
The Quality Assurance Technician reports directly to the Director of Parts & Quality Assurance, or to the General Manager in their absence, and is responsible for maintaining aircraft records and ensuring maintenance quality through audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring. This role requires strong technical knowledge of aviation maintenance, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple departments to uphold safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance policies and procedures, and aviation industry standards;

Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to track and audit records accurately;

Ability to collaborate effectively with the Director of Maintenance, Parts Logistics Manager, and other departments;

Skilled in reviewing and interpreting technical data such as Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs);

Proficient in Google (mail, drive, sheets, etc.) & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to learn and operate maintenance tracking systems;

Ability to identify systemic issues, recommend improvements, and ensure corrective actions are implemented;

Must be able to pass airport security requirements to acquire a Juneau Airport Badge;

Valid driver license is required and driving record must conform to company standards;

Associate’s degree or higher in aviation maintenance, quality assurance, or a related field (preferred);

Previous aviation quality control or aircraft maintenance experience strongly preferred;

Pre-employment drug screen is mandatory and the position is subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
