HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Coastal Helicopters top priority continues to be the health and safety of our employees, guests, and community. We will maintain a sanitized environment for all parties to ensure a comfortable, safe experience. Coastal Helicopters will obey all latest guidance from Federal and Local government agencies.
Terminal Facilities:
- All surfaces, high trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day with deep cleaning each night.
- If the check in lobby is busy, we will request customers to maintain social distancing of 6 feet; therefore, may have to wait in their car or outside until the lobby is clear.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout facilities.
Aircraft:
- Helicopters will be disinfected in between each flight and a deep clean each night.
- Headsets will be disinfected in between each flight. Ear plugs are suggested with headsets used only if needed.
Pilots:
- Pilots will not share personal protective equipment.
- Pilots will wear face masks during flight.
Employees:
- All employees are required to stay home if they are not well.
- All employees are required to conduct a wellness screening before each shift.
- Personal protective equipment will be worn by all employees in accordance with Federal and Local health guidance.
- Employees will wash their hands frequently and disinfect their immediate work area throughout the day.
Passengers:
- All passengers will be required to wear face masks in our vans & helicopters.
- Coastal Helicopters will cancel any flight if there is any concern for the safety of the passengers or our employees.
