Take our 15-minute flightseeing tour to the Herbert Glacier, land on the beautiful exposed blue ice and walk around for 20-25 minutes with your pilot guide, and take a 15-minute flightseeing tour on the way back. *Tour times include transportation to and from the Goldbelt Mt. Roberts Tram.

Juneau Helicopter Tour Details

• When selecting a Juneau helicopter glacier tour time; please allow yourself a 45-minute buffer from when your ship arrives and leaves. It is your responsibility to book times that work with your cruise ship.
• The selected tour time is the pick-up time from the Goldbelt Tram Building (490 S. Franklin Street). This landmark will have red gondolas going up and down the mountain (it is important to note that you are NOT getting on the tram, you are just meeting at the building).
• Coastal Helicopters will try our best to accommodate parties/families in the same helicopter. However, we cannot guarantee seating as it is all based on helicopter weight and balance, as well as the other parties within the flight. This will be determined at the time of check-in once everyone on the flight has weighed in. Should your family/party be split into multiple helicopters, the landing will happen together. Please also note that lap children are NOT allowed, and each passenger must purchase a full-fare ticket.
• Please report proper weights of all guests (including the weight of clothes and boots). Inputting improper weights, or selecting the wrong passenger type can lead to cancellation without refund.
• Please be aware that every guest is individually weighed at our facilities.

Our Helicopters hold 6 Standard Passengers. Groups with more than 6 Standard Passengers will be split up.
